We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union declare that anyone accepting federal funds must, by law, celebrate Constitution Day.

The Gull Reef Club does not accept federal funding, but does, however, find some usefulness in the Constitution.

So I was walking out of a bank the other day and I see a woman walking along the back alley (aka ‘lane’ in southernese) carrying a life-sized, beautifully painted Mermaid.
