Voyeur Vacation
One of the more positive aspects of teh internets is my ability to view others’ photo galleries. I love being able to take a trip around the world and never leave the comfort and safety of my home office. If you’ve not garnered this from my last few entries, I’ve been in dream mode lately. It’s only fitting I’m spending some of my free time exploring exotic online locales. I thought you might like to see where I’ve been.
~Belize Image Gallery - lovely images from Belize. This gallery led me to this blog Simone’s Belize Blog. Simone leads an interesting life and is a good writer. Worth a read.
~My Bike Could be Your Life I found this linked off of BBC Day in Pictures. Minimalist photography publishing.
~Serena Bowles’ Africa Trip This is some lady’s Africa vacation. She went to a lot of places and took a lot of photos. Nice stuff.
~Ta Prohm, Cambodia Some ancient temples
~More Ta Prohm Yep, even more. I got hung up on those tree roots. They are absolutely stunning.
~Under Mars I found this as a link from a link from a…that Dontreadonme linked to in his signature at America’s Debate. This is a gallery of photos from some army unit. I won’t even pretend I know who. I’ll warn you there are some stark images here. While there’s nothing incriminating, I have a feeling these aren’t Pentagon approved.
Anyway, this was my recent vacation. I hope you get something out of them, too.

Wow, the cambodian temples are amazing. I’ve never seen a tree form around a building like that. Very, very cool.

I got hung up on those trees as well. It seemed so mystical.
Sorry about you having to enter info. If you can think of any improvements you would like to see to The Gull Reef Club, I’m all ears.

Actually, I think your blog is very nice. I just have to get used to entering my info. Livejournal has spoiled me in that regard.
