I learned something interesting last night during the 4 hours our cable and cable modem were out. If you leave your TV on for an extended period of time while it receives no signal, it will automatically turn itself off. When this first happened, on our upstairs TV, Mike and I were a bit perplexed. We confirmed this must be a normal occurrence when it happened three times on our newer, nicer, downstairs TV. Who knew?
